Summary
Contemporary Stainless Steel Sterilization Filter It is a compressed air purifier. Besides water, compressed air also contains oil, dust, and various odor components. The role of the sterilization filter is to remove impurities such as oil, water, dust, and rust from compressed air to achieve purification. So, do you understand the characteristics and daily maintenance of stainless steel sterilization filters? Next, let me introduce them to you.
1. Uses imported original filter elements, certified by ISO9001 quality management, compliant with US FDA and WHO standards, ensuring sterility.
2. The filter element is made of three-dimensional non-colloidal silicon-boron fiber with a filtration precision of 0.01μm. It can completely filter bacteria, viruses, and bacteriophages.
3. The filter element is a sandwich-type two-stage filter, supported by stainless steel, allowing gas to flow in any direction.
4. Can withstand 200°C steam and will not reduce efficiency due to repeated sterilization. It can be flipped and used more than 1000 times.
5. The shell is made of stainless steel with internal polishing. No dead corners, compliant with German TUV standards.
6. Normal working pressure is 1.0Mpa. Pressure can be customized up to 6.0Mpa.
Stainless Steel Sterilization Filter Maintenance:
(1) Open the drain valve (depending on the amount of water accumulated during operation) to discharge the accumulated dirty water inside the cup.
(2) Clean the filter element and water storage cup. Before blowing compressed air, clean the filter element with mineral oil. When disassembling, use a container wrench to remove the water storage cup, loosen the filter element fixing nut, then remove the filter element. Rinse the water tank with an oily solution. Avoid cleaning with solutions like ethyl acetate and toluene, as they can damage hair and blur vision.
(3) When the drain valve is open, dust may block the drainage channel, preventing drainage. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and drain the drain valve to remove dust.
(4) For air leaks in the drain valve, it may be due to looseness and requires tightening. Similarly, the drain valve may be blocked by debris and unable to close. Clean and remove the drain valve. Debris; it may also be that the drain valve seat is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new drain valve.
Stainless steel sterilization filters are essential in the food, beverage, beer, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries. They are an excellent choice for compressed air sterilization. The shell is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel with mirror polishing treatment, achieving no dead corners for parasitic bacteria. Below is an introduction to commonly used filter materials.
1. Non-woven fabric filter cotton is also an early-used filtering material. The technology is mature. In recent years, with continuous technological progress, the emergence of composite non-woven fabric has greatly improved the image of non-woven fabric. Compared with other filters of the same level, it has advantages such as stable quality, strong dust resistance, high heat resistance, long service life, and economical durability.
2. Synthetic filter cotton is a new type of filtering material and the main development direction of future filtering materials. Compared with other grades of filtering materials, it has advantages such as low resistance, light weight, large capacity, and environmental protection. Under typical filtering environments, it can completely replace non-woven fabric and glass fiber primary filtering products.
