Water-cooled Aftercooler
The BAC series water-cooled aftercoolers use water as the cooling medium, and their operation is basically unaffected by ambient temperature. They feature a compact structure and easy installation, making them especially suitable for use in high temperature, high humidity, and heavy dust environments.
Air-cooled Aftercooler
The BAC series high-efficiency aftercoolers can effectively remove moisture from the air. The aftercooler is connected behind screw or piston air compressors, cooling the high-temperature compressed air generated by the compressor to below 42°C, and condensing most of the water vapor in the air.
Operating Conditions
Inlet Pressure: 0.6~1.0MPa
Air Inlet Temperature: ≤80°C
Ambient Temperature: ≤40°C
Pressure Drop: ≤0.021MPa
When air pressure is above 0.7MPa, the air outlet temperature is approximately ambient temperature + 6~8°C;
When air pressure is below 0.7MPa, the air outlet temperature is approximately ambient temperature + 8~12°C.
