The BXY series waste heat adsorption dryer uses the waste heat from an oil-free air compressor to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, making full use of the waste heat in the compressed air system. It can achieve the effect of a heated adsorption dryer without the need for a heating device, fully demonstrating other energy-efficient and high-performance characteristics. The dew point of the finished gas can reach -40°C.
Uses a proprietary patented PLC controller, which is more stable and reliable than a microcontroller. The control valves use high-quality butterfly valves, ensuring fault-free switching over 1 million times.
Advanced distributor design allows compressed air to evenly contact the adsorbent, completely eliminating channeling phenomena.
Unique layering technology:
The company's self-developed layering technology allows air to first undergo preliminary drying through alumina to reduce moisture content, then undergo deep drying through molecular sieves, achieving low dew point air quality.
