Product Introduction
BOLY company's BC series energy-saving refrigerated-adsorption combined low dew point compressed air drying device is a new type of compressed air drying equipment. It is organically combined by a refrigerated dryer and a micro-heat regeneration dryer, with a closely integrated process setup between the two.
The combined dryer adopts the latest developed drying process. Unlike the simple series connection of refrigerated and adsorption dryers, its process is: compressed air from the air compressor is sent through a rear cooler, first exchanging heat with dried low-temperature compressed air in a heat exchanger to reduce temperature, then entering the evaporator for further cooling to about 2°C. At this dew point, most water in the compressed air condenses and is removed. The compressed air with very low moisture content then enters the adsorption tower for further drying. Finally, the low-temperature dried compressed air enters the heat exchanger to cool the high-temperature moist air while its own temperature rises, preventing condensation on the outer wall of the compressed air delivery pipeline. A small portion of the warmed compressed air is used as regeneration gas for the adsorbent, improving regeneration efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
