• Using PLC Control:
The controller uses our independently developed PLC controller (patented product), making the equipment operation more stable, with higher reliability and stronger anti-interference capability.
• Principle:
Adsorption Drying Process: Moist compressed air flows through an adsorption tower filled with high-performance adsorbent. The moisture in the compressed air is absorbed and dried by the adsorbent, then flows to the air usage terminal for use.
Regeneration Process: This series of dryers uses a high-pressure blower to blow ambient air (as regeneration airflow) into the heater's heating cylinder, passing through the adsorbent that needs desorption. Utilizing the principle of desorption at high temperature of the adsorbent, the moisture in the adsorption cylinder is discharged into the atmosphere.
• Advantages:
1. Low regeneration air volume: Uses air blown in from the outside by a high-pressure blower as regeneration air, consuming only 3% of the dried compressed air for cooling. The air consumption is 1/5 of that of non-thermal regeneration adsorption dryers and 1/2 of micro-thermal regeneration dryers.
2. Uses reliable, long-life, and low-noise air compressors and blowers.
3. Uses high-performance PLC as the main control unit, with strong anti-interference ability to ensure stable equipment operation, and can monitor the equipment status locally or remotely (communication interface can be provided for customers).
4. Based on the adsorption characteristics of alumina and molecular sieves, our company independently developed a layering technology. Air first passes through alumina for preliminary drying to reduce moisture content, then passes through molecular sieves for deep drying, achieving low dew point air quality.
